What you will be doing
  • You will take on various property management tasks for several commercial and residential units.
  • You configure and further develop our Salesforce Org and digitalise various processes in the area of property management.
  • As an important interface between different departments and various internal and external stakeholders, you contribute significantly to the exchange of information.
  • You will be responsible for the professional preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings and ensure the process tracking of the essential points as well as top issues of the management.
  • Preparation of and participation in the drafting of contracts in consultation with external lawyers and internal departments.
More about you
  • Successfully completed degree (e.g. real estate management, economics, business management, business administration) or comparable qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate.
  • Business development know-how.
  • Developing market strategy for real estate growth.
  • Supporting all acquisition and property-related decisions with financial and legal analysis.
  • High willingness to learn and "can do" mentality.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills as well as loyalty and discretion.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Solution-oriented work and independent identification of problems and projects to move the company forward.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst verschiedene Aufgaben im Property Management für mehrere Gewerbe- und Wohneinheiten.
  • Sie konfigurieren und entwickeln unsere Salesforce Org weiter und digitalisieren verschiedene Prozesse im Bereich der Hausverwaltung.
  • Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Informationsaustausch bei.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die professionelle Vor- und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Meetings und stellen die Prozessverfolgung der wesentlichen Punkte sowie Top-Themen der Verwaltung sicher.
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit externen Juristen und internen Abteilungen.
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Immobilienwirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Business Administration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft.
  • Know-how in der Geschäftsentwicklung.
  • Entwicklung einer Marktstrategie für Immobilienwachstum.
  • Unterstützung aller akquisitions- und objektbezogenen Entscheidungen durch finanzielle und rechtliche Analysen.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und "Can Do"-Mentalität.
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Loyalität und Diskretion.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und selbständiges Erkennen von Problemen und Projekten, um das Unternehmen voranzubringen.
