Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO (f/m/x)

What you will be doing
  • Perform relevant Market Research and case studies to our organization.
  • Competition Analysis/research.
  • Responsibility for project overview
  • Organizing, preparing discussions & meetings
  • Organize & prioritize requests from internal departments and employees
  • Create & schedule overviews of upcoming projects
  • Leading cross-departmental projects in cooperation with our CEO & C-Level
  • Analyses, planning of processes & strategies, management & controlling of projects
  • Supporting the CEO in day-to-day business
  • Shareholder communication and reporting
  • Assisting with legal matters (GDPR compliance, trademark applications, etc)
More about you
  • You have recently finished your Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or similar field.
  • Experience in managing fast paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • You have the ability to task juggle and a good sense of prioritizing
  • You think in solutions instead of problems and have a real ‘can do’ mentality
  • Effective communication & organisational skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
  • You have a good feeling for numbers and are open to familiarise yourself with new, changing topics
  • You can independently identify projects, problems & tackle them proactively
  • Change is not a scary word for you. You thrive in an organization that constantly adapts and evolves.
