Deine Aufgaben

Für unsere Shops im Outlet Montabaur suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Store Manager:in (m/w/d)

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Leitung des Stores sowie die Erreichung der Kosten- und Umsatzziele
Du planst und setzt Verkaufsaktionen, Warenpräsentationen und Visual Merchandising um
Du organisierst effiziente Arbeitsabläufe, delegierst Aufgaben und motivierst das Team
Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Personalplanung und Teamführung
Du analysierst Verkaufsdaten, identifizierst Trends und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab

Dein Profil

Du bringst vergleichbare Erfahrung im Einzelhandel-Management mit
Du identifizierst dich mit starken Führungskompetenzen durch Motivation und klare Kommunikation
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge wie KPIs, Kosten- und Umsatzziele, usw.
Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den üblichen Kommunikationssystemen (MS or Google Office, etc.)
Du bist ein Organisationstalent, zeigst starke Kundenorientierung und viel Eigeninitiative
Du verfügst bereits über Kassenerfahrungen
Du benötigst perfekte Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
